"This spacious chalet will not disappoint! Plenty of room for the entire family and has everything you need for a nice vacation. Easy to find, has a fully equipped kitchen and everything is modern. Covered parking and close to all the local towns of Kaprun and Zell Am See. Owner is very responsive and easy to reach for any questions. Has fantastic view of the mountains! There is a grill for a BBQ too. Very peaceful neighborhood."

"The place is nice and convenient for getting to a number of ski resorts. The Sauna is amazing but difficult to figure out how to use. The beds had a few hairs on them which wasn't that nice to see but overall it was quite clean. I would ask the owner or property manager to consider providing some basic consumables, at least coffee filters. The place comes with nothing (no shampoo, no hand soap, no dish soap, etc ). In ca. 10-15 Minuten ist man am Skigebiet Maiskogel, von dort aus kann man auch mittels Querverbindung ins Gletscher Skigebiet Kitzsteinhorn, dieses ist auch direkter über eine etwas längere Anfahrt erreichbar.
