"My family and I decided to rent this home to celebrate my 60th birthday and it couldn't have been more perfect. The home is absolutely beautiful and is only 2 minutes out of town. I was a little apprehensive about the train tracks being so close to the house but there were only about 6 trains a day which was not disturbing at all. We would love to come back."

"Great spot just down the street from the boat dock. House was clean and worked well for 8 of us. Not sure you could sleep 12 unless you brought air mattresses. Breaker kept blowing in the kitchen, but easy access to flip it back on. Host was wonderful, provided great communication and very flexible. Would Recommend for a fun lake weekend!"

"Our group of 8 K-State alumni for a "guys weekend" had a great time at this place. The drive into Manhattan was quick and easy for re-visiting some of our favorite places around campus, but this place is nice and secluded out by Tuttle Creek Lake. There isn't any direct access to the lake from the property, but the view of it is spectacular. The layout of the house worked well for our group as we could gather in the main room to watch football without disturbing people who wanted to rest or...

"Six of us came into town for a KSU football game, and this was the perfect place for us to stay together and not far from the stadium. The house was comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. "

"Could be a little cleaner but I’m a clean freak. Master shower could have been cleaner. Some updates are in need. As a whole it worked out for our weekend stay. "
