Fresh bread was delivered not long after our arrival. The house is beautifully decorated as the pictures depict and the diversity of plants in the garden amazing. Vineyards surrounding everything. The morning we left our kind host allowed us to join a tour she was giving of her own gardens located just down the lane. "

"What a wonderful place! It absolutely exceeded expectations in comfort and scenery. Those views are captivating - we spend a lot of time just sitting on the deck and looking out! The space was welcoming and well equipped. We enjoyed an outing to Blenheim to visit the Omaka Air Exhibits and a few cellar doors on one day, and then the Pelorus Mail Boat trip the next day. But best of all was just relaxing at the bach, enjoying the views, some wine, some games and some delicious apples. ...

"Great location and has everything needed. Shame there isn’t much sun that gets into the house. Smelled quite musty but easy to air out. Great hosts, easy to deal with."

"Kiwi as but great. Without being flash it has been refined over many years by the look. Very practical if you're staying for fishing or socializing. Of course the weather was amazing for us, but there is a good covered deck right by the lounge if required and internal stairs to get downstairs, if you're brave enough.Loved it and will be back."
