You'll be 5 mins to downtown Waitsfiled with bars, restaurants, grocery stores and the famous Lawson's Brewery. Sugarbush, Mt. Ellen and Mad River Glen Ski Resorts are only 15 min away as well. In the warmer months, the Mad River flows just across the street from the house, and many hiking and biking trails nearby. No Pets.

On the 1st floor you'll find a wide open living-kitchen-dining space, completely renovated from floor to ceiling. This level also includes the large U-shaped bedroom with 6 twin beds, a pull out couch, the work space, laundry and 2 full bathrooms. Upstairs are the 4 Private King bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms in the hallway. The largest King bedroom includes a small side-room with twin bed.
