"We were very comfortable the whole stay with good access and lots of space! I had to clean the fridge ‘hatch’ but overall the house was very clean and the appliances easy to use… kids loved the ice maker and tbh it’s great in summer!! More forks needed in the cutlery drawer please! We will book again without hesitation thanks."

"We had 3 generations under one roof, amazing house with outstanding well cared for garden's and then the amazing views. Beds were incredible, the best beds we have slept on at book a bach. Washing machine and dryer were excellent. David was great, and met us onsite when we arrived, and provided great communication through out the start to finish process. "A new, well presented and well proportioned home for family of five (plus dog). Light and clean inside with large deck outside. Reasonably well equipped, though light on cups and good sized glasses, and no microwave (noting this wasn’t listed). For us it suited that the location meant there were no near neighbours but, at the same time, the property grounds and driveway were a bit of a building site and not yet developed. A delight to have the wild turkey and chicks roaming in the long grass."

Also was not advised of the severe water shortage (heads up would have been nice) and someone was going to come round and measure what was in the tank - no-one came we were very conservative with the water and would have been anyway if we had been told..Maybe a reduction in the daily rate would have been welcome due to the above. "This listing is more then just a tad misleading... It says pet friendly, but no secure area for the dogs or any shelter. Leaving about 1sqm for the pets inside when it rains. The use of space in a tiny home is probably the worst ive seen. A big bed with ZERO use of wall space for storage. No toilet scrubber for the toilet is one of the finer details they are missing here. They said there was a BBQ and fire available, neither of these were true. We asked for firewood as they said to...
