"Don’t let the age of the exterior to this hotel fool you. The 3 bedroom apartment was huge for a motel, with all new modern fittings . The kitchen was well appointed with oven, hot plate, microwave, dishwasher & family size fridge. The lounge dinning was spacious with a huge tv that would be at home in a sports bar let alone a motel. The bedrooms were again large with decent beds that weren’t too hard. You also have an appointed laundry with washer dryer that was handy for our long exploring road trip around the South Island. I don’t think I’ve been more surprised with a room and travelling with my grown family of 5 I would definitely stay again"
