There is a strict ban on outdoor fires, BBQs, and all pets due to the sensitive nature of the regenerating bush.Please note that there is no beach access from the property. All guests are advised to take care and supervise children on the areas with a large drop off on the banks. Please note that there is parking for up to 3 cars but is not suitable for boats, trailers or campervans as there is not much room to turn around.Please note that the first level and bathroom have concrete floors.
