"This hotel is ideal for a break in north Norfolk and is very reasonably priced. We stayed in mid December 2025 for two nights. The hotel is in very good condition and very well kept. "Had to check out early as both myself and daughter felt ill after eating at the restaurant weekend was cut short. Never happened before on other stays here. Only negative other then this everything good. "

"Just come back from a 4 night stay, very clean and modern. Lovely views across the lake and can imagine in summer would be a lovely spot to sit out. Didn’t use the park facilities as had other things planned but seemed very popular."

"Pub is lovely, great atmosphere, outdoor winter seating was cosy and a real selling point. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated. It could have done with a more powerful shower. Slightly disappointed as didn't realise we would be staying away from the pub. We were waiting just over an hour to check in because our room wasn't ready. Booked in for breakfast for half 9, unfortunately by the time we had had our cooked breakfast we went to get pastries...
