"Great stay, friendly place, well presented villa"

"The chalet is very well appointed and in good condition. I liked the cosiness but with all the conveniences and appliances you might need. What I didn't like was the reliance on previous guests to make the place clean and ready for the next guests, with no obvious thorough check in between. In particular, the bed wasn't made up and it was very difficult to find the right sheets for the bed. Also, the instructions were unclear about how the laundry is dealt with between guests, eg is it...

"We had a great time staying at Bjorn’s Chalet. Everything was so comfortable and the view of Mt Ruapehu from the living area upstairs was jaw dropping. Highly recommend, will definitely look to stay again next time we are here!"

Well maintained place with good facilities.Easy stay for a family of 4.Kitchen was decently stocked up with essentials and had all the right utensils for a short stay. Wifi and heatpump was missing which would be kind of good to have. Will chose this place any day we come to visit Ruapehu. Thanks Richard"
