"The property setting is incredible! Really hard to beat. Individual patios lead to waterfront where boats are moored. Hills beyond with easily reachable moderate hike of Snout's Track. Park at the Snout's Track Carpark and walk 40 mins to Queen Charlotte View. Modern rooms. Laundry very convenient. Owner Rachel is very helpful and upbeat! Town less than 5 mins drive."

"This was by far the most neglected and dirtiest property we ever rented as a holiday accommodation. The carpet was full of hair, the entrance area had lot's of spider webs. Dishes and cutlery had to be washed before we could use them. Totally unacceptable."

Comfortable and Homely Feel

"Hopped off the ferry in Picton and straight to the Jasmine hotel. Easy parking. Huge suite with two bedrooms and plenty of sitting room and amenities. Very clean and the staff friendly. Just what we needed after a hectic few days in the north island. Recommend it. Close to a selection of eating options as well which was good as we got there just on tea time. "
