"This is a "hotel" renting rooms in a condominium complex. The room I had was nice, functional kitchen, full sized fridge and everything you need for a longer stay. Great view of Sand Island. Living room didn't have a window, but bedroom had a lot b if natural light and huge windows. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Very convenient to Queen's Hospital and downtown offices. Some homeless crazies in the area, but fine during the day and seems safe in the immediate area...

"Honestly I was very pleased with my stay at this place. The room was very spacious, there was a whole kitchen/living room, and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I would say that one thing I didn’t like was the bed but that’s just me. Elevators did take a while sometimes but nothing too major. It was pretty clean and in a very nice neighborhood, the beach was like a 7 min walk. "

"The property is exceptional. Two issues in my opinion. 1. This unit is on the 23rd floor ... waiting on elevators is real challenge. 2. This is a non-smoking property I found out that I could not even smoke cigars outside on the balcony...up to $500 fine and expulsion from property. All smokers relegated to a fringe area downstairs around the corner. I didn't learn about this until after I checked in."
