"Jillian has created a beautiful space perfect for a weekend getaway and relaxation. She is a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. We were welcomed with wonderful treats and everything we needed was available. You’ll be spoilt staying here. There are great cafes nearby and if you want somewhere quiet and idyllic then you won’t be disappointed. Looking forward to staying here again in the future. "

"Excellent experience, beginning to end. Jenna at the front desk is a gem, and a true asset to this establishment. My room reservation had somehow been cancelled, by a booking site, as you can imagine I was worried and stressed out.... I contacted the quest on Durham street directly. Jennas kind and confident phone manner, calmed me instantly ,she sorted it out quick smart. And added underground parking (which I recommend for easy transition, via lift , from car to room). I stay here regularly, and love it's location, right in town, easy walk to shops or park."
