"Clean and tidy room with private bathroom and shower. One double and one single bed. A shared kitchen which had full amenities although I did not use these. A warm fire place in the shared lounge which another nice room guest added in more firewood which the warmth flowed into the dining/kitchen area. If you are looking for a simple, fuss free room for an overnight/long stay, can't go wrong here. Under 10mins drive into the city/beach/Mt Maunganui. "

"From the moment you step into the apartment it is clear that a lot of love and thought has gone into presenting a space that is at once homely but with a sense of curated sophistication.
