"I had booked a lake view room, they gave me one which was infront of the pool with zero privacy. Everyone enjoying the pool just infront of the room. We had got it changed, the room was just above the swimming pool which was still okay but not worth the price you pay. Overall the resort is good, the view is worth the money and food is awesome too"

I made 10 calls over 5 hours and then sat at the reception area only then they resolved the issue, that too after making multiple excuses. 2) There is no wifi reception in the rooms so do not hope to get any work done in the room. 3) There was no room service as they told me that when there is a function going on in the hotel they close room service. Thats why they took 2 hours to get us 2...
