"We eventually we found Speedwell, could do with what3words for exact location! Otherwise great location with pub and beach just a 200m walk. Ferry to Padstow again within easy reach. House had all the amenities needed for our short stay. Plenty or parking to both front and rear of the proberty. Excellent walking area and costal path on your doorstep. "

"Lovely property with a hot tub in Rock. Nice and quiet, so easy to relax. Not too far from the beach/ferry to Padstow with shops and a bakery on the way down. Plenty of space in the property for a family but it was just my partner and I.The only things were that the lock box was tricky to open and it wasn't super clear which property was the correct one for this listing. Its number 2, in the corner. Not the one in front of you as you drive in. Would consider staying in the property again"

"We had a fabulous stay at Medrose. Location was great for a walk down to the beach, cafes and ferry to Padstow. Even our children 10,6,5 managed to do it with ease. A well equipped kitchen. The only thing that was that there wasn’t an empty cupboard to put food away. The fridge, I need one in my home. Great size and having extra wine fridge, and mini one in the study was great for drinks, Every spacious house. Games room was a fabulous touch. Decent utility. Having extra toiletries in bathrooms was a nice touch.Bedrooms are all a good size and great sleeps all round.Again thank you for having us. "

"Away in Cornwall working for a few days. What a wonderful find and extremely good value. Friendly staff, scenic village, clean and quiet little apartment with large TV, so much better than the hotels you normally find on here that put you in their worst out of date rooms . I am reluctant to leave this review as I would like to keep this find a secret, but it was so good I feel they deserve it. Thank you. "

"We've stayed here four times now, and the apartment is still as immaculate as the first time we came. It's very well equipped, and ideally placed for getting to lovely coastal walks. Unfortunately our walking was curtailed by Storm Darragh, but the apartment was a warm, comfortable place to stay indoors, if rather noisy in the very strong winds because of its exposed position with views out to the coast!"

"Everything was perfect. Little Byways is a beautiful holiday home. It’s spotlessly clean and superbly equipped, even with a pair of binoculars to admire the wonderful views. Little byways is the perfect location for coastal walks, cycle rides, fabulous beaches,lovely coastal towns to visit and country pubs to eat in. Both myself and my husband would highly recommend it. We visited in December and chose to eat in three nights out of five as we wanted to spend time relaxing at the house and making use of the cosy log burner. "
