"Room 5 stars, really mordern and comfy. Excellent slepping comformt. But slightly overengineered. Like Toilet was separate and fan wouldn't stop running for ages. Stopped switching on Toilet light at night not to lose sleep. Shower room has steam. While this was superb, it was really hit and miss to turn on. Received mixed instructions from reception and handy man. Why can't this be in a welcome booklet, saving guests all the anxiety? Sauna area was good but there was no convenient way from Chalet to cross the road (like underground) had to walk in bathrobe over street. Breakfast area 5 stars, well equipped and varied. Couldn't ask for anything more Another nuisance on Chalet ground floor was the often slamming large side door. This is more a critisism to careless guests than to the hotel. Wifi offered Wifi TV offered however bizarrely one can't use Netflix app despite showing on TV (silly reasons given which was really poor, either offer it fully or remove feature and/or TV type. Lastly, location was great. Only 200 to 400 meters to restaurant, lift and supermarket. Would come again but perhaps avoid ground floor chalet."

"Not made welcome by staff except the chiefs at breakfasts and young receptionist who made the only effort all week to communicate with our skiing group of four. Hotel heating broken room very hot first day, but no heating there after for the week however towel rail was warm in en-suite. Floors dirty and towels very shabby. Breakfast hard work to obtain a nice coffee such as Cafe Late. After heavy snow hotel didn’t clear any snow from walk ways unlike all other hotels in area. No care for customers. Staff never said hello in mornings or on return in evenings which is basic level customer service. vanity mirror was hanging off its fixing. Lacking in care and waiting staff at breakfast seemed quite disorganised so had to request bread and meat/cheese be replenished. Our double delux room was quite basic and quite small compared to similar lrice level hotels in the area. Disappointed and won’t be returning to this hotel as we found much nice ones in livigno "

"Had a great two night stay with my wife. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was quick and delicious to get the day started. Lifts, rentals and restaurants are all a stones throw away from the hotel. "

"I stayed at the Zhero Hotel for 20 days on a long ski vacation with my 16-year old son. The hotel is nice and with great facilities. The staff was always smiling and attentive. The breakfast had everything you would expect, and more. Service always great. Dinner was sophisticated. Menus were elaborate 5 course, where one could appreciate an effort to provide something special. Sometimes dinner felt too long, but overall it was great. Many great ski centers are nearby. "
