"We thought we had a room but they upgraded us to an apartment. Then they gave us a card for all transportation, including bus, ski lift, admission to museums. The manager, Duri, was kind, even gave us a ride to town. The breakfast was fantastic, lots of choices. Love the location in the old section of Scuol with the decorated houses dating back centuries."

"Hotel Filli is within walking distance to the main street that has restaurants, bakery, shops and a marketplace. The room is very clean, comfortable and equipped with convenient amenities including a hair dryer and plenty of closet space. The hotel has its own restaurant that opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff was very nice and helpful with anything that we needed. "We had a standard double room with balcony furnished in alpine-style. It was clean, bright and comfortable. The exceedingly friendly and hard-working hosts provide the real plus in staying here, however, with great service in all regards. The included breakfast was very good, and taking some of the food to make your picnic lunch was encouraged with plastic bags made available. Although not officially part of a hotel review, I can say that dinner at the hotel was excellent. "

"The interiors are beautiful and the hotel is perfectly located halfway between the main ski lift and the thermal bath/center of town. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, the sauna area generous. We stayed in Room 20, a compact 3-level suite-let with the advantage of a bedroom that has no other function. It comes complete with a key from the 18th century! This is a really good hotel."
