"The swimming pool was great, some of the staff (e.g. at the swimming pool) was very friendly and kind - but not everything was excellent. There is no remote control for the airco, it's only on or off. We did not receive any clean towels during our stay, and for example, the safe in the bedroom needs to be rented per day separately. "The apartment had a horrid musky damp smell, that permitted throughout the stay. Half the lights and plugs didn't work. There is no air con, and the ceiling fan is weak making the apartment sauna like conditions and extremely uncomfortable. The wardrobes, cupboards and draws were not clean and covered in dust, and needing to be cleaned before unpacking suitcases. No sunbeds around the pool, leaving towels and feet covered in dirt from the grass, and being transferred in to the pool / apartments....
