"Rooms are very well set up including electrical connections on the desk. We got the slightly larger rooms for slightly more, so rooms were comfy, not too crowded, including the bathroom. Great location for a well kept small, boutique hotel"

"Very good staff service, friendliness and helpfulness. Very good location for touring around. The only criticism is the lack of a mini fridge and kettle in the room. I guess it was clear during booking that they were not mentioned as room facilities so I should have taken more notice the importanceof these things. The room was not tiny so these things could have been provided. It may be for eco or service reasons but not very convenient for us even when a coffee/tea 'room' (more like a corner)...

"The thermal pools are really fun. They were doing construction on a new area. Noisy, but it didn't affect using the pools that were open. The staff was nice, hotel was clean, but has been a while since last renovation."

"Very nice property and staff. Roof deck is also very nice. A little disappointed there was no iron in the room nor air conditioning. Don't really need AC but the hotel is located across from the main square / train station and the noise from the street was very loud with the window open. "

"Situated in an excellent location close to both the train station and the centre of the city, Hotel Elite was a good choice for me. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. There are some aspects of my room that were looking a bit tired. For example, the grout in the bath/shower tiles had signs of mildew and the gauze curtains at the door to the balcony had yellowed with age. "
