"This property is all about location, location, location. The setting is spectacular, on a private beach and with magnificent views. Very nice pool area. 15 min walk to Gaios, where you can catch the boat to Antipaxos and find plenty of restaurants, shops… Rooms are small and tired and feel more like 3 stars, they could certainly do with a renovation but, in a setting like this, you don’t want to spend too much time in the room anyway! "The rooms are modern/ clean/ up to date, with lovely balconies (with screens so can sleep with door open, and laundry hanging option too if needed). Kitchenette ( dishes& stove) in room is awesome. "The property was stunning. It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. I was very impressed that it was thoroughly cleaned every day with fresh towels and linen provided. It was a stones throw away from the beach and local restaurants, all of which were superb. I would highly recommend this property. Parga, Preveza, Acheron and most beaches are reachable by car 30 mins or so. "
