"This property is all about location, location, location. The setting is spectacular, on a private beach and with magnificent views. "The rooms are modern/ clean/ up to date, with lovely balconies (with screens so can sleep with door open, and laundry hanging option too if needed). Kitchenette ( dishes& stove) in room is awesome. Real shower heads with glass doors! Beds are firm, but that seems to be the norm in Greece for moderate priced rooms. "The property was stunning. It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. I was very impressed that it was thoroughly cleaned every day with fresh towels and linen provided. It was a stones throw away from the beach and local restaurants, all of which were superb. I would highly recommend this property. Parga, Preveza, Acheron and most beaches are reachable by car 30 mins or so. "
