"Would not recommend this place to anyone. Upon entering this room (155) it smelled musty. Room was light all night. (Curtain to far from the window) no breakfast was available, your site said breakfast was available for free. There was granola bars and coffee, juice. But that was the breakfast they provided. In general the place was in need of some sort of upkeep. "

"The location. It’s close to the highway. The bed is good I had a good night sleep. The only issue I have when I stayed. The water that is coming out the tub and sink is brown. I’m scared to brush my teeth and take a shower with it. I had to run to the gas station to get some bottled water. I’d say the facility have seen better days."

"Convenient low budget hotel close to interstate highway. Decent stark no frills no breakfast hotel on primary road to Smokie Mountains. Not very nice but you get what you don’t pay for. Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either. "

Sign at desk said “call this number.” Night manager said, “no hot water; go somewhere else; we will refund money.” We called Hotels.com; girl said refund would come; booked us to Rodeway for cost of another room. After numerous calls to Hotels.com and OYO: 1. No refund. 2. We paid for two rooms and got only one. 3. OYO and Hotels.com both lied to us and both cheated us. 4. I firmly doubt either company will print the truth."
