"We stayed on the palace side and Muhammed the chef made sure that the food was hot and plentiful as well as the presentation was excellent...we also must give Torre a shout out as the bar manager....he was pleasant to all customers and went out of his way to ensure his staff was taking care of guest....he gets an At.....the ONLY criticism i have is with the room service menu....there were nothing more than cold sandwiches and a salad that were both subpar in quanity and quality....please update you menu like the other RIU to include burgers fries and pizza....because late at night thats what people want"

"This place is absolutely stunning. Clear blue water, plenty of sea life and lot of activities for kids of all age. The staff here are very approachable and greet the guest with a smile. The rooms are clean and bed is equipped with best mattress you can get. Our family had an absolute cracking time even though it’s rained a lot on one of the days. The staff arranged lot of indoor activities for the kids, which allowed the grown up to have a great time as well. We stayed 5 night but I would recommend at least 7 days or more. You will never get tired of majestic view and serene deep blue water. I would rate our stay more 5 stars!. Rest assured, we will be back here again! "

"Staff can't do enough for you. The sea is crystal clear with a great variety of fish to sea. The food was amazing. Recommend booking the restaurants at reception to ensure you get the chance to visit. I can't remember seeing any rubbish anywhere and rooms were well cleaned every day. Only downside is there was no air con in the restaurants. But that's a tiny point. Great holiday and a great hotel"

" My personal resort host Niyaaf greeted me immediately upon my arrival after traveling for almost 36h to get to my resort from Canada. Despite traveling alone I felt safe and welcome the whole time. The resort staff give a loving family vibe. Everything from the delicious food to the breathtaking house reef was amazing. Very flavorful food, good presentation, excellent service. The excursions were awesome! I got to snorkel with a whale shark and many Manta rays. We saw Dolphins on that excursion and even more on the Dolphin sunset cruise. The Water sports team was fun and knowledgeable about the reefs we went on the snorkel safari to. The dive team were an amazing group, they even let me try scuba diving for free for the first time in my life. If i had more time and didn't go snorkeling so much this trip I would have tried to get my scuba diving certification. Hopefully I can come back to get it here one day! I can't say enough about how wonderful my stay was here. To me, Sun Siyam Vilu Reef was little taste of heaven on earth! Thank you so much to all of the staff. I will come back again!"
