"Check in was easy and efficient. The apartment was clean, spacious and was easy to get around the area. The only issue we had was the television didn’t work. There was a cable laying on the floor for the tv but we couldn’t find where to connect it and I tried to contact the property manager and got no response regarding this issue"

"A great apartment and spacious enough for 2 couples and 2 children. A bonus having 2 bathrooms. Lovely views from the balconies and nice and warm and has a washing machine which was greatly appreciated. Easy to walk to the supermarket and shops. The pillows & mattresses however weren’t comfortable at all. Definitely missing a personal touch since it’s a business with multiple apartments, plus some minor touches noticeably missing: no lamps, no bedside tables, no microwave, and getting the TV...

The owner was extremely kind and helpful and gave us some excellent recommendations for walks, longer journeys and restaurants. Positiv: die schöne Aussicht von einem der beiden Schlafzimmer, die Welcome Card mit Berechtigung zu freier Fahrt der Bergbahnen, Bad und Toilette modern eingerichtet. Ein paar Dinge waren nicht so gut - eine Türklinke war defekt (trotz unserer Bitte an Vermieterin würde es nicht gerichtet), die Utensilien der Küche sind minimal vorhanden, Bratpfannen sehr abgenutzt, die Seitenablagen im Kühlschrank sehr lavede, die Duschbrause sehr locker angebracht.
