"We stayed as a base to motorcycle around the area. Fantastic riding in every direction even had a day in Italy. We are already talking about staying here again next year."

"This is a beautiful gite in a lovely area surrounded by fields and lovely views of the mountains and the hilltop village of Lurs. The owners are very friendly and the gite is brand new and very well-designed, clean and comfortable. Everything being on one floor with three external doors from the loung/kitchen gave a light and airy feel - you could watch the sun rise and sun set! "This is the fourth time I have been to La Prairie. I come here mainly to indulge my hobby of astrophotography as the skies are dark and the weather good, but you can't guarantee clear skies at night even in the south of France! Francoise is very welcoming, helpful and never intrusive. Isis the dog is perhaps the most friendly dog you will ever meet. "We loved it and the pool was greatly appreciated. A great location for exploring the region...we were out and about five days a week and explored villages, the countryside and what it had to offer. Loved the wildflowers, and later the lavender and the sunflowers. Only issues with the property were the flies, and the erratic wifi. And as older people with reduced mobility, the stairs and handrail were not the easiest. Thank you Anne for a lovely stay in your comfortable and well equipped...

Der Garten ist naturbelassen, bietet viel Platz und Schatten, eigentlich schön - leider auch ungepflegt. Nicht komplett eingezäunt, für Hundebesitzer etwas nervig da die Hunde des Nachbarn ständig vorm Haus auftauchen.
