"13 friends enjoyed Original Chalet for a week in late June. Carmen and Andreea were responsive with any questions we had before we arrived. Carmen arranged for a Chef's dinner our first night so we we could relax in the Chalet without cooking and cleaning. I would highly recommend that! Andreea gave us a tour of the house when we arrived and stopped by midweek to see if we needed anything. The house is clean, large and comfortable. "It's a lovely setting, with just a short, very pretty walk to town. The home had lots of bedrooms to spread out and the kitchen was well appointed. "We rented this property for a month. The chalet was the perfect home base for our activities in the Chamonix valley. It is very convenient to the train, buses, shops and restaurants and the chalet itself has a nice layout with beautiful views of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Dru."

"Les Alouettes was as described. A great chalet for two families of four with extra 2 beds on a mezzanine. It was a shortish walk to a button/T-bar lift/bus to gondola - we used hire car to go to car park nearer lifts as too far for children in ski-boots. "The home and stay was really lovely. We had an amazing time in Samoens with our young family. The home was generally clean, had comfortable beds, a great hot tub, and a lovely view. However, the basement smelled musty, the clothes washer was moldy, and they have decided that garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, and soap for the bathrooms, count as groceries so these products weren’t provided and we had to buy our own. "Nous avons passé un très beau séjour au chalet de la diablerie. La propriété est très bien équipée et à proximité des chemins de randonnées. La vue de la montagne de la terrasse est magnifique et le coucher du soleil illumine les monts d'une lumière légèrement rosée. "We had a fantastic stay in the lovely chalet of fam. de Broca. The chalet is comfortable and spacious enough for two families (each with two teenagers). The view, overseeing the valley, is spectacular! The property is well-equipped and Matthieu has been extremely friendly and accommodating. We would warmy recommend staying here and hope to come back one day!"
