"The owner met us to check us in, but returned that evening while we were eating. Having interrupted the meal he wanted 300euros in cash as a deposit. He said he'd return next day. However, by then we realised that the downstairs toilet and drains were blocked as were 2 of the upstairs showers. There was no hot water in some. "Abbiamo prenotato la struttura last minute per il nostro viaggio dei 100 giorni. Roberto è stato gentilissimo, la struttura è molto grande, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Siamo stati veramente bene e abbiamo passato 3 giorni indimenticabili. Arrivarci è anche velocissimo, arrivando da Roma abbiamo preso subito il raccordo, cassia ed effettivamente dentro la campagna viene fatto 1km con tutta strada asfaltata. "Maria is the most wonderful host and she makes you feel so welcome in her beautiful holiday home. She responds to any questions you have quickly and is so helpful with local info and taxis etc. The house is brilliant for large family groups - we were 15 people - 3 x families. It is very spacious with a super well equipped kitchen(s),2 fridges and large tables for family dinners. It is a short car journey to the village where you can get everything you need including food market on Thursday...
