"Very confortable, very well located at the north of Paris (Saint Denis), a lot of space, very close from the St-Denis Basilic and Metro (12 mins walk approx). The property manager provided a top-notch service always looking for our confort and needs. Thanks for let us stay at your place, it was a great one, and very well located for our plans. "The property worked well for our group. Walking distance from the Metro, several types of eating establishments nearby. Was under the impression the place had more AC units. It was pretty hot during the group’s time. However the host supplied us with cooling mechanisms and did his best to accommodate. The host was very helpful overall."

"This was truly a remarkable house. It was very elegant and classical. It had everything one could ask for. Everything is the house was perfect. The host was truly amazing. He was helpful and took care any concerns or needs that we had. This house is a must for large families or a group. The neighborhood was quiet. The area was safe. This was the perfect house."

"Check in instructions were not clear and needed to call and ask for help to locate the apartment. The entrance is a red facade with a sign for a playhouse above the door. The apartment is right on a very busy staircase which means there is street noise all night long. The apartment itself is in a very old building and musty but has been nicely renovated and comfortable. "

"No A/C as was indicated in ad. Rooms on the top level got very hot. Two of the doors to the exterior and 1 window on main level could not be locked or closed properly. Main bathroom only had one small functioning lightbulb, made for very dim bathroom use after dusk. Bring toilet paper. Would not recommend."

"The room was spotless with a beautiful view. Good location, easy access via walking or metro, and a supermarket round the corner. We would have really appreciated coffee - either a coffee machine or a French press! Also - only one working lift wasn't ideal! The pool was a big disappointment - cracked tiles and very dirty so we didn't end up using it. Not the end of the world as plenty to do in Paris!"

"The place was clean and had all the amenities. It was waaay smaller than what we hoped in comparison to the pictures. The top bed was so close to the roof one of us kept hitting head to roof while turning in bed ! Restaurants and coffee shops conveniently close. Nice patio sitting area ."
