"Tried to check in after booking through Expedia yesterday, they had no information about any booking and are not currently letting their rooms out. I was left stranded, trying to get hold of someone to talk to at Expedia. They left me on hold for nearly 2 hours before I just gave up. Will never use this site again"

"We received a very warm welcome and everything was just perfect. The room was spacious and a super king bed was very comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities in our room and even a small fridge if needed. A fan was in the room in case it was very hot. We had a good meal in a local pub recommended by David and it didn’t disappoint. The breakfast was delicious, just about anything you could wish for in a very nice dining room, we will certainly return next time we are in the area "
