"The property was as advertised. Well maintained and had all the amenities needed. It was in a nice location and icluded clear instructions to operate everything. We would stay again"

"We had a great time, and with a few minor fixes, this will be a fantastic place to stay. The location was just right for us: a 15 minute walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to Harris Teeter. Nice, quiet street, easy access to drive to various destinations. The house is a great space for a family, with a large living room, which was a little echo-y and could use an area rug and some wall coverings like tapestries to make it a little less reverberant. Big beautiful kitchen. Upstairs tub/shower...

"Found a spacious beautiful home. Did find the blender at the house broke due to the shaft being rounded out and exterior rear lights need cleaned and bulb changed. Also I'm my opinion 11 would be an easier check out time. We took 2 trash cans to the street as needed."

"We stayed here for a small family reunion over Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking a Thanksgiving dinner. I brought my own turkey roaster but everything else was provided. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Of course the pool was closed in November but we would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool and the beach, which is a short walk. Overall I would recommend this property. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with two exceptions: plumbing may need redoing - clanky pipes, slow to get hot water for showers, and low water pressure if running washing machine; and, coffeemaker had old, moldy and very smelly used grounds left in it. My daughterspent about an hour cleaning the coffeemaker with vinegar and soap and water. Beds very comfortable, porches much appreciated, as was the fireplace. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house with us!"

"Positively beautiful view, excellent location, layout great. Bathrooms and Kitchen were clean and well maintained. Some suggestions: put a handrail at pool steps, vents,especially on wall in living room were filthy. Outside windows covered with bugs. Beach chairs and umbrella were all broken. For some reason hot water came out of both faucets in both masters. Minor changes would really enhance one’s stay but otherwise an enjoyable week."

"Overall this property is nice. It is an older home with charm but also with general wear and age being by the ocean. The property could use a sprucing up and the kitchen ware is older. There is a musty smell but it is not over powering and expected with the age of the home and its location. My critical feedback is on the management side of our vacation. The company only offers one complimentary toilet paper roll, garbage bag, and paper towel roll, so if you plan to stay longer be prepared to buy...

"This is one of the cleanest and well equipped homes I have ever rented. The description and pics are completely accurate. Beds were comfy. Kitchen laid out well. Easy to communicate with the host and very responsive. Views incredible from inside and outside. Location was awesome - literally 60 steps and you are putting your beach chair down. SOO easy to come back and forth to the home. The decks offered beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets. I would 1000% rent this property again. 2...

"Plenty of room and our group just LOVED staying here. Only a block or 2 from the beach, right over a cute walking bridge to the beach. I could have stayed for weeks. The host was my ideal host; responsive, understanding and has the best, detailed property manual to handle the house in any capacity. Definitely one of my favorite stays"

"The property was spacious and in a great location for our group of 14. The private beach was amazing! We rented both sides of the duplex, which was convenient as they share a backyard. One unit had a non-functioning refrigerator, but the owner responded promptly. After confirming it couldn't keep food cold, he replaced it the next day. Which required us to have to buy several bags of ice to keep food cold. Unfortunately, the dryer in the same unit also wasn't working and needed replacement,...

"We needed a place for the whole family. This place was big enough for us to spread out. The kitchen was big enough that we didn't bump into each other and the big table held all of us easily. I would highly recommend this place especially in the summer when you can enjoy the swimming pool and the kayaks."

"We rented a gold cart from sandbridge rentals so that we could get to the ocean safely and quickly but the bay was very pretty, quiet and offered a fishing dock the kids loved.Thank you, it was a great family get away"

"The property is a few blocks off the beach providing easy access to shops and restaurants on the boardwalk. With the exception of a moldy shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom, the condo interior was very clean and well maintained. While the kitchen is a nice size, there could be a few more plates and bowls available for use. It is also worth pointing out that, 21 1/2 street is a narrow alley with very limited space making it extremely tough to get in and out of the parking area. "

"The well-maintained interior made us feel right at home as we enjoyed one of the last weeks in the summer. The location of this home is perfect for enjoying gorgeous sunsets over the canal, a beautiful pool and deck area, a quiet neighborhood tucked in off of the main road that takes you everywhere you need to go. Highly recommend for families looking to enjoy what Sandbridge has to offer."
