The reason for the less than excellent rating is because I explained to the property owner/manager that we had just disembarked a cruise at 9am and my daughter had been studying in Athens since January. So, she had lots of luggage. We had 6 big suitcases with us. Would we be able to check in early or store our luggage in the unit while the cleaning crew got the unit ready.
