"The home and stay was really lovely. We had an amazing time in Samoens with our young family. The home was generally clean, had comfortable beds, a great hot tub, and a lovely view. However, the basement smelled musty, the clothes washer was moldy, and they have decided that garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, and soap for the bathrooms, count as groceries so these products weren’t provided and we had to buy our own. "This property worked well for our large group of two families. However it needs a bit of an upgrade inside as dishwasher didn’t clean well and one fridge froze contents solid."

"Communication was great, the chalet was wonderful. We were 3 families, each with a 3 and a 5 year old. Great place that allowed us easy access to the slopes, space for the kids to play (and for the adults when the kids were asleep). The owners were super helpful as well."

"The chalet was located in a beautiful valley. it was very well equipped and comfortable for 7 people and the owner was very helpful. There was an excellent ski shuttle service with a stop less than 100 m down the road. The Samoens ski area was perfect for us (intermediate skiers) and we also enjoyed hiking to the cascades and around the"cirque du fer a Cheval" which was really impressive. "A large and comfortable chalet that made a good base for four adults and two children. The three bathrooms and toilets were very useful. The chalet is very well equipped with everything we needed for the week. Lovely veranda with large garden table for dining outside and just sitting to admire the views. The chalet is not within walking distance of the town but is only a 5 minute drive. Parking at the premises is ample, safe and secure. The owner is very friendly and helpful, always replying...

"Lovely homely chalet with absolutely amazing views. Very well equipped. Great walks nearby. Few things a bit dated but the chalet has a lovely warm feel to it. The host was very helpful, answering our queries quickly and clearly had fantastic knowledge of the local area. Please note the hot tub is wood fired so takes a long time to warm up, so you do need to be around all day to get it warmed up which for us wasn't practical as we spent our days out exploring, "

"Kevin could not have been more accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a great location. Plenty of space for people and cars! Well equipped kitchen in which to prepare post ski suppers and the sauna and spa were a fantastic bonus. We’ll definitely be back."

"Nous avons passé un très beau séjour au chalet de la diablerie. La propriété est très bien équipée et à proximité des chemins de randonnées. La vue de la montagne de la terrasse est magnifique et le coucher du soleil illumine les monts d'une lumière légèrement rosée. Ces 14 jours en juillet nous ont ressourcés et le temps de plus était vraiment très beau. Le soir la température tombe vers les 20 degrés ce qui permet de passer des nuits agréables. "We were a party of 10 (2 families). The Chalet suited us perfectly. 4 x double bedrooms and a "kids" room. Hot tub was excellent. Very convenient for the Barbossine Chair lift, though unfortunately in February 2024 there wasn't enough snow to be able to ski back down, so we had to get the bus from town. The first few days we tried to get Bus 2 form Super Chatel, but it was always rammed and we had to wait about an hour, then we worked out that if we got on a Linga we always got the first bus...
