"A wonderful stay. The property is spotlessly clean and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay very comfortable. It is the best equipped place we have ever stayed. There are numerous places to relax inside and out. You really are spoilt for choice. Everything was explained thoroughly and the lovely owners were on hand to help if needed. They even kindly returned something I had left behind in the post. The grounds are beautiful surrounded by vineyards and the pool area is lovely....

"The house is located in a very quiet area and is very nice. The downstairs is air conditioned, modern and excellent, the kitchen is well equipped. Upstairs really needs air conditioning as it was very hot and you are unable to leave the windows open due to mosquitoes. The BBQ was rather old and tired but now has a new grill as we bought one! "We had a wonderful stay. The home was large, clean, comfortable, and well located. The pool is large and well maintained. The bedroom AC kept us cool on the hottest nights. The garden was plentiful and eggs from the chickens kept breakfast plates full. The hosts were responsive and helpful."

"The swimming pool was green with algea and very dirty. We could not use it . The kitchen was full of flies, which we spent a lot of money having to clean, buy fly spray, fly strip! The cleaning was very poor. Mattresses on beds stained. The house could be beautiful and is in a lovely setting. But is in a state of disrepair. "Beautiful old farm house, just like one would dream. Spacious, stylish with every appliance, crockery and cutlery, cup and mug you would desire. Very beautiful garden with a fantastic pool, which is surrounded by lovely plants. Very great Boules pitch, also flood lit. House is very peaceful. You can walk to the picteresque town in 25 mins. "Josette and Andre are very nice and strive to be helpful. Very rural location and setting was as we expected. The air conditioning was adequate in only one bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms plus the one upstairs bathroom and the separate toilette have air conditioning from only one unit located on the stair landing. It was not sufficient. Most nights, there was no hot water for bathing or showering. We went next door on two occasions to let the owners know, but they were not there. Apparently,...

"Great home base for a large family to explore Avignon and the surrounding areas. House was very comfortable and the pool was a huge hit after long days spent exploring. Wouldd not hesitate to stay there again."

"We had a fabulous stay. The house is in a wonderful area, very quiet and rural yet only 3-4km from the nearest villages/ small towns with lots of great restaurants etc. The house itself is wonderful - a true home from home. The garden is 'rustic' but great for lots of people and the dog. Note - it is not fully fenced in, although there are hedge boundaries and gates to the main road, so the dogs can (and ours did!) escape! La cuisine bien fonctionnelle contenait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner avec suffisamment de plats, verres et ustensiles. "Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."

"Check was good and quick. The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."
