"We liked that it was located inbetween farm land and hills. What we didn't like was the stairs were well used to the point of almost being unsafe. But they are authentic for the time period when it was built."

"Beautifully located in the mountains close to Assisi this house was a great place to be. The views alone were stunning. The outdoor spaces were like a little oasis from the hustle of travel. The house is well appointed with spacious bedrooms with king size beds, large stylish bathrooms and peaceful places to relax. Discreetly tucked away in an olive grove the peace was welcome. "No breakfast or drink water avaiable upon arrival, i suggest to procure them before. No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. Not recommended for many people due to the small bathroom. Beautiful the view of the hills and the peace. "

"The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. The garden is shaded en well suited for dogs. Ours loved it. We certainly hope to return."

"My wife and I spent 7 days (Oct.25-Nov.1,2024) in Corciano at the Rock House. It was fabulous. Corciano and the house are gems. Corciano has all the charm of an ancient hilltop village without being overrun with other tourists and endless stores/shops. We felt immersed in a little true Italian community. "Villa Eleanora is in quite a lovely location convenient to many sites in Umbria. The facilities were very well taken care of and clean. The outdoor terrace and pool areas were really lovely. The inside could use a little updating especially the kitchen area. Also more lighting would help. All in all quite a nice experience. "
