"Liked everything at the hotel but the woods around the back where i walked our dog were a mess of plastic trash that has blown in like plastic bags - to go food containers - plastic bottle's - paper cups. "I came to stay with my 9 year old son just to get out of the house for a night and swim. We had a pretzel appetizer in the River Room on the 9th floor which was absolutely delicious while we watched the sunset and enjoyed the view! The service was amazing as well. The pool was also very clean and inviting with warmer water so you don’t freeze getting in! All in all we highly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! "

"The hotel was perfect! Well kept and updated. Our room was fabulous and the bed very comfy. But the best part of our trip was Coleen. She was staffing the front desk and when we got there for our concert there were no Ubers or Lyfts available. She heard our distress and volunteered to drive us to the concert herself once her shift was over. She took us straight to the front door and couldn’t have been friendlier. Our whole trip was saved thanks to her. One of the nicest people we have ever met. "

"We stayed in 241. That bathtub needs a new finish on it or replaced. I imagine that is hard to sanitize between guest. No concens with the rest of the room. It was "inconvenient" that the elevator on that side of the building was not operational.
