"The hotel is modern and extremely well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding of good quality. There is a beach a very short walk away which was lovely and very quiet. Perfect for sunset strolls. The general area seems to be one that is currently being developed so it will probably become more lively in a few years, however this suited my husband and i as we would rather stay in a quiet area. We had hired a car so getting about to see Zadar town...

"La maison et l'extérieur sont très agréables! L'accueil des hôtes très sympathique! Dommage de ne pas avoir fait un accès direct à la piscine depuis la terrasse du bas, il faut automatiquement rentré dans la maison et ressortir par la porte d'entrée, c'est dommage mais c'est un détail :)"

"We had a wonderful family vacation in Croatia! Not only was this house beautifully furnished and clean, it had a perfect size pool, and it is in a great location. It is a two minute walk to the beach and to a cafe. Our host Marta was very helpful with check-in and so quick to respond to any of our questions. She also gave us great recommendations on places to go and restaurants, all which we followed and enjoyed. I highly recommend this house!"

"Wir waren 9 Erwachsene im Alter zwischen 18 und 21 Jahren. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Obwohl der Vermieter im Erdgeschoss wohnte, hatten wir viel Privatsphäre und wurden nicht gestört, auch wenn wir bis in die frühen Morgenstunden gefeiert haben. "We had a great holiday staying at Ana's villa. Very friendly welcome, super clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The garden and pool area are very private as the neighbouring house was not occupied. About 15 minutes by car from Zadar, the coast at Sukosan and the lake at Posedarje. "We loved our stay here! Everything was exactly as described and better - the villa is modern, spacious and very well equipped. We appreciated that there was towels for the pool, the air conditioning and loved all of the indoor and outdoor spaces. "My wife and I stayed here as part of a long over due honeymoon. Usually pictures for listings are better than the actual results. Not with this one. The property was even better than the pictures make it look. The house is new, built well, right next to the sea, has private parking, and all the amenities you'd need. "We had one of our best family holidays to-date at the Falkensteiner campsite in Zadar. It’s a lovely location, with a fab pool, and Zadar is a lovely charming city. There are great restaurants on-site and also within walking distance, and everyone was super friendly. The kids loved the kids club. All in all a lovely relaxing experience. "
