"The property is made up of 3 apartments. Each apartment has its own parking space and shared access to the pool. We stayed in the mid-level apartment and were a group of 3. It was perfect for us. Children and parent had separate bathrooms, a good double room each and plenty of lounge, kitchen and balcony space to relax in. "We had a great holiday staying at Ana's villa. Very friendly welcome, super clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The garden and pool area are very private as the neighbouring house was not occupied. About 15 minutes by car from Zadar, the coast at Sukosan and the lake at Posedarje. (the roads are excellent) Would thoroughly recommend Villa Andu!"

"Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 10 Tage in diesem schönen Haus und haben jeden Tag voll und ganz genossen. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht und der Pool ist einfach toll. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hat uns von Anfang an perfekt unterstützt. In der Gegend kann man viele tolle Ausflüge machen und die kleine Bucht in der Nähe ist sehr schön. "My wife and I stayed here as part of a long over due honeymoon. Usually pictures for listings are better than the actual results. Not with this one. The property was even better than the pictures make it look. The house is new, built well, right next to the sea, has private parking, and all the amenities you'd need. If we ever end up in Croatia again, this is where we'd stay. The only things I could nitpik would be a neighbor's dog barking for hours every evening, and that the people in the...

"Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles ist wirklich so wie auf den Bildern. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und hilft einem wo er nur kann. Steht mit Rat und tat immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Immer wieder gerne auf einen neuen Urlaub."

"Wir hatten entspannte 14 Tage. Durch die Häuser und die schöne Steinmauer von der Außenwelt abgeschottet, konnten wir den Pool ganz für uns genießen. In dem schönen Freisitz haben wir gefrühstückt, Kaffee getrunken und Abend gegessen und saßen bis spät in die Nacht. Die Poolbeleuchtung tat Ihr übriges zu einem tollen Flair. Es war super!"
