"Adorable property ( wish we could have stayed longer). Situated in gorgeous hills, quiet place. You really need a car or transportation to get here however. Out room was located on level one no elevator so up one flight of stairs. There is a washer and dryer available however they are more for staff use so you may need to wait a bit to use them. "We needed a place to stay in or near Vinci for the night before our 3 week stay in a nearby villa began. Il Piastrino looked lovely and was VERY well priced. And it was exceptionally nice—from the spacious, charming rooms (surprise—we had a kitchen), the delicious breakfast, to the warm and welcoming staff. We arrived very late toward the end of a busy pris fixe am fresco dinner service but we were settled in and set at ease. And yes, we returned a few days later for the al fresco dining. Wow....

"Beautiful Villa property in Tuscany divided into apartments. This is a working winery. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Our host Ilaria was very pleasant and helpful. The views were spectacular. We had a gorgeous sunset from our window. It was peaceful and quiet. I could have stayed here a long time. Very convenient to drive to Empoli (15 min) and take the train to Florence. I would love to stay here again"

Le ménage n était pas fait, les sanitaires ignobles( la lunette des toilettes cassée )et après on ose demander plus de 50 euros pour le ménage. Pas de chauffage( des pieces à une température de 14°C)a part dans un seul logement déjà occupé. Quand nous avons demandé du chauffage on nous a apporté un petit chauffage d appoint. The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect.
