"Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und vier Kindern in dem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön, so wie es sich von den Bildern erahnen läßt... sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. In der recht einfachen (kleinen) Küche findet man alle notwendigen Kochutensilien... Die Anfahrt aus dem Ort ist nichts für Fahranfänger (sehr enge, steile Wege), war aber mit unserem Viano Bus (ohne 4x4) gut zu schaffen. Obwohl das Haus über keine Klimanlage verfügt,...

"The villa is super! Clean, good spacey rooms, a proper kitchen. There are nice features like sauna, jacuzzi, a proper swimming pool, place to grill. It is nicely located in surrounded by trees, and it is situated in the hills and therefore a bit cooler - which is very nice, no airco needed! The house owners are very nice, respond fast to messages, are more than willing to tell about the to-do's and the environment of Pistoia... to summarize, a pearl in Tuscany. "Herzliches Willkommen und Einführung in den Hausgebrauch durch Giuseppe und Haushälterin-ausschließlich in Landessprache. Erster Eindruck-morbider Charme. Schlafzimmer und Bäder frisch geputzt. Alles in allem wirkt aber das große Haus abgewohnt, verstaubt (viele Spinnweben), Risse in Decken/Wänden. Untere Etage wurde ausser dem "Spielzimmer" nicht genutzt, da die mitgereisten Damen sich dort unwohl fühlten. Die Küche ließ zu viele Wünsche offen - elektrische Geräte waren nur mit grösster...

"Het is een privé huis midden in de bergen. Het zwembad is ook alleen voor je eigen gebruik. Er liggen naast nog 2 a 3 huizen die verhuurd worden, maar tijdens ons verblijf werd dit niet verhuurd. Het zwembadmobulair is inderdaad verouderd. Dit had ik al gelezen in eerdere berichten. Daarom hadden wij zelf 2 ligbedden mee genomen. Heel de week loopt er een tuinman rond die de tuin en het zwembad onderhoud. Het is er heerlijk rustig en onze hond was ook van harte welkom. Echt wandelen met de hond...

"The photos don't do this property justice.Nicely appointed for a modern home. Well furnished and kitted out for outdoor living in the beautiful hills of the Italian countryside.Impeccably clean. Comfortable bed.Warm reception by Daniela & her Dad. The only point of caution is that you need a car with good chassis clearance since part of the road to get there is off the beaten track. "
