Everything was just great. Parking was right out front. The two girls at the desk were super friendly and informative.They recommended the attached restaurant, and it i was fabulous. The menu was local and authentic and the service was excellent. It had a lot of locals so you know it was good!

The hotel was listed among the hotels in Florence, but it was very far from the actual city. Only accessible by car, since it's on an Autostrada exit. The location is only good if you are passing by the area and you need a place to sleep in as transit. It is located on an exit on the highway 20 mins away from the city of Florence by car, and on the highway, so if you plan to leave the car in the free parking and tour the city by foot, this isn't a good option because you have to take the car to get to the city. Welcoming staff weren't so friendly, but not rude. Staff serving breakfast were super friendly though.

In my stay I experienced no cold air conditioner, reception told me to open the windows and also the third day the elevator was not working, so 5 floors trough the stairs. Nice breakfast and good internet. Average room with good space,, bed not too comfy.

Posizione ottima, vicino al casello. Comodo il ristorante adiacente. Letto comodo. Bagno spazioso. Comfort ottimo. E' una struttura che ha i suoi anni e si vede. Avrebbe bisogno di nuovi serramenti e nuove tapparelle elettriche.... Colazione con tutto quello che mi aspettavo. Staff cortese.
