"Lovely staff and welcome. Stunning views of grand Bornand. Apartment clean. Well presented. Was unusually hot so would have benefitted this time with air conditioning. Pool and spa excellent. Massage excellent too. Could have done with a mid-week cleaning service (even if for an additional price). Car park excellent. "Apartment was covered in dust. Glasses covered in dirt, had to soak before use. Air con didn't work in bedroom. Asked for it to be fixed and it took 3 days for someone to come and they still couldn't fix it."

"The apartment and the service were great. We left after 3 days and returned for 3 more nights. The only concern we have is a security issue. The main door is accessed by a code that remains the same and there is no option to lock the door from the inside. We had an incident were 3 individuals have entered the apartment unauthorized. We have talked to the manager regarding this and he said that they will change the mechanism. If they will fix this security concern we will highly recommend this...
