The quality of the bedding - mattress, pillows and duvet - was exceptional and guaranteed a good night's sleep. Breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold food. The staff, supported by interns from numerous countries worldwide, were all friendly, helpful and professional in looking after us during our stay. The centre of Montreux (for shops/restaurants), the ferry dock and the railway station were a 20 min walk away along the shore of Lake Geneva - or 5 mins by the frequent local bus. A fantastic, memorable experience in a beautiful hotel and City. "
