"The man who greeted us (Oliver?) was very pleasant and throughly made sure we understood all the keys to the place. Most places we went was walkable and there is a bus system right out front. Only downside was no where to store your luggage on the day you check out and stowing place to pay was closed the day we checked out. "

"The apartment was lovely, in a good location. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. We walked everywhere but there are buses and taxis around. You can walk to the city centre to see the sites very easily. From the city centre we also got the train to Pisa for a day trip. While we were there we communicated with the rental agency via WhatsApp very easily. But I think the process of getting checked in before getting there could be improved. I didn’t get an email with a link to check in...

"30th anniversary trip ! Arts and crafts was perfect location in Firenza! Away from the main square but only a short walk. Which we preferred . "Rosy was a wonderful host. She always responded in a timely manner to all of our questions and was helpful many ways. Casa Colonna is in a great location. Near to all the attractions but in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from local restaurants and away from tourists. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend staying here while in Florence"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and the perfect location to walk to several great restaurants and attractions. As some have mentioned, the is an odor in the bathrooms that smell a bit like the sewer. The toilet seat in the main bathroom kept falling off. We also felt like the place could use a coffee table or somewhere to place drinks in the living room area. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again."

"The apartment was (mostly) clean, and well furnished, and made for a comfortable stay. However, it is on a busy road: didn't bother me, but it might bother some. (Note for the landlord: there seemed to be a problem with the toilet flushing: at one point I came back to find it was still flushing hours after I had last used it. I stopped it by gently pressing flush again, but you might want to fix this to save on high water costs!)"

We were a bit confused when we got there because the address once you click "get directions" in the VRBO app was different than the actual address. The map said 17 when it's actually #4. "This apartment suited our family of four very well. We enjoyed being able to cook our own meals and do our washing. It was a treat to have a piano as well. There is a supermarket at the end of the street (4 minutes walk) and it's slightly further to most of the bus stops that can take you where you want to go. The Stibbert Museum is about a half hour walk away and well worth a visit if you like armour and weapons! Casa Della Pizza is a wonderful family-owned pizzeria in the neighbourhood."

"We absolutely loved this apartment. It is so spacious and beautifully decorated. One evening was rainly and we had plenty of room to sit around and talk, or play cards at the table. The elevator was a welcome bonus as two of us were having knee problems. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels."

"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....
