 Facing south, very sunny and the ground floor composed mainly of picture windows. Entrance through an electric gate. Terrace with teak table and seats (max. 16 place settings) with barbecue. Exterior lighting. Individual and general electric curtain closure
On the lawn in front of a large massif of anabelles, 4 tables in multicolored painted sheet metal and matching seats.
Eurosel-lit swimming pool (13x7) heated to 28 ° at the end of April to October 15. Electric curtain.

It consists on the ground floor of a fully equipped American kitchen: microwave, pyrolysis oven, induction hob, extractor and dishwasher and a utility room with washing machine and fridge-freezer, machine Nespresso and Tassimo, toaster, ice maker.

Nice house and pool, needs some minor updates
Lovely house and pool, garden quite small, tennis courts shared with owners house so not exclusive, some minor renovations required such as patio door locks not working, door handles falling off, pool cover automated but old and fragile.

Wonderful family stay
We had a long weekend at this property and it was wonderful. Located at the hill of Villers-sur mer, with a very nice pool, enjoyable outdoors, very well equipped, nice interiors, a welcoming owner. The tennis court, though needing some reparation, was fun for the whole family. It was a memorable weekend!

Great relaxing getaway in Normandy
We just returned from a week-long stay at Noelle’s property and had an amazing time. We loved going down into the charming village every day for fresh croissants and baguette from Ingrid at the local bakery, strolling on the beach, and then returning to relax at the pool or on one of the many inside couches. We had easy day trips to all the key sites in Normandy, including Honfleur, Bayeux, and the D-Day beaches. Our hosts were fantastic, recommending restaurants and ensuring we got great tables, bringing over champagne for us to celebrate a birthday, and arranging a babysitter so we could go out for a kid-free dinner. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in Normandy!

Charming house, in the perfect setting with everything you'd want and a stunning view
We spent a wonderful week in Villiers-sur-Mer. This beautiful house and it's charming owners meant it was even better than we'd hoped for. We spent a lot of time in the heated swimming pool and loved the full size tennis court as well as enjoying relaxing in the outdoor space. Inside is spacious, relaxed and perfect for a family holiday. Merci Noelle et Philippe, une semaine tres bien passee!

Très beau séjour
Très bon accueil, maison toute équipée et toute prête en arrivant avec les lits faits à l'arrivée et tout le nécessaire mis à disposition : serviettes, serviettes piscine, peignoirs, produits d'entretien, dosettes café, jusqu'à nous mettre des savons emballés et des petites bouteilles sur les tables de chevet comme à l'hôtel. Sachant que nous n'étions là que 4 jours c'était vraiment très agréable. Le grand plus a été que la piscine extérieure était bel et bien chauffée et pour un 8 mai c'est quelque chose de rare on en a donc bien profité. Enfin le court de tennis privatif avec des raquettes et des balles mises à disposition, rien à redire c'était super.

Great vacation!
We really enjoyed our two weeks vacation. Noelle is a great hostess and very helpful in all situations during our stay. With the very nice pool and tennis court we almost didn‘t feel the need to leave the property! The town is very nice with lots of nice restaurants and bars to go to. We enjoyed the market days on Friday and Tuesday in Villers-sur-Mer.

Nous avons passé trois semaines à Villers-sur-Mer, dans un cadre magnifique et reposant, tout proche de la mer et des commerces, tout peut se faire à pied. Nos hôtes sont très sympathiques et flexibles. Des vacances au calme absolu, grands et petits ont beaucoup apprécié la maison, la grande piscine et le tennis, les environs. A très bientôt !

Wonderful house and great host
We went with our family with three kids, and my parents in law. We had an amazing stay. House is located conveniently with a short stroll from village, has a nice standard and lovely surrounding. Our kids really enjoyed tennis and the big pool, and every evening we enjoyed the nice terrace. Noëlle and her husband are amazing hosts. Very friendly, accessible and service minded. We would love to return!

Belle propriété pour un séjour en famille / entre amis
Nous avons loué cette propriété pour passer le nouvel an en famille. L'annonce est correcte. Il n'y a donc pas de surprise. L'équipement est complet pour répondre aux besoins de 7 personnes ainsi qu’une belle table de réveillon (cuisine, vaisselle, salles de bain, WC etc.). Le salon est grand avec plusieurs canapés et fauteuils pour recevoir en donnant sur de belles vues (jardin, mer et village au fond). La cheminée fonctionne bien et le bois est fourni en abondance (ce qui est bien agréable en hiver). La décoration est soignée mais un poil personnelle (photos de famille etc.). Les propriétaires sont disponibles et réactifs à chaque demande. En résumé nous avons passé un bon moment.

Superbe propriété! Excellent séjour !
Un grand merci à Noëlle et Philippe pour leur accueil dans cette belle propriété au calme absolu tout en étant près de la mer et des commerces de Villers sur mer. Si vous appréciez la nature, ce séjour a été très reposant et la maison est très bien équipée. Longues balades à faire au pied de la maison , vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés en toute confiance !

Comment exprimer en si peu de mots le reflet de notre expérience… c’était tout simplement magique, fidèle au descriptif et répondant point par point à nos attentes, la maison est spacieuse chaque espace est aménagé avec goût , l’extérieur est parfaitement bien entretenu, la piscine chauffée et ses transats sont une invitation au farniente . Les propriétaires sont d’une discrétion absolue , restent disponibles si besoin et très réactifs … sinon invisibles ! Nous n’aurions pas pu en désirer d’avantage. Nous avions été séduits par l’annonce et les photos de cette location. Une fois sur place, nous n’avons pas été déçus. La maison allie le charme de l’ancien à une décoration contemporaine de très bon goût. Elle est très bien équipée et idéalement située pour tout faire à pied.
