"The good news: the facility is very nice and the rooms are very nice. The bad news: After arriving at the CDG, I called the hotel about a shuttle. The told me to walk from terminal F to D and the shuttle was at door 6. Got there, no shuttle. Called and I was told that the shuttle was picking up other passengers and to wait. "Everything was great and we really enjoyed our time there. The only thing that we would like to mention is that the shower in our room was a bit difficult to operate - in the sense that the water temperature was either too warm or too cold and also the shower head was not working without the main shower going off. The rest was great and we would highly recommend to our friends!"
