"Overall experience was great with amazing company, however many small touches can make the property exceptional. The property is immediately next to the owner which we were not aware of, but this would have been useful to know particularly for the check in process. The house needs a good clean. It is full of dust in many obvious areas. Doors don’t close. Not everything was as advertised, for example the hammocks were missing. We ran out of toilet paper after 3 days. No charcoal for the bbq,...

"This really is rural. It is in the middle of a forest down an unmade road 2 km to nearest village. It is a beautiful location. Host are generous and welcoming. We heard so many birds including owls and saw bats, and deer locally whilst visiting. The pool was a treat in the hot weather ( unheated for the strong hearted!) Situated in a lovely garden. Things that were relevant, are that you access only shower room and the toilet through other bedrooms or outside which may not always be...

"A Beyond Five-Star Experience at Fleur de Loire. My family and I had the most extraordinary vacation at Fleur de Loire, a hotel that epitomizes luxury and sophistication. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with unparalleled warmth and care. The gracious hotel manager, Ms. Lucie Jarry, personally welcomed us and provided an exclusive introduction to this magnificent property, leaving an indelible impression on us from the start. We stayed in the family two-story suite, which was not only perfectly suited to our family of four but also an absolute delight. The spacious layout, thoughtful design, and playful charm made it an unforgettable part of our stay. The hotel’s thoughtfulness was truly exceptional. Prior to our arrival, we mentioned that it was our daughter’s 10th birthday. To our delight, they surprised her with a beautifully crafted chocolate dessert and a charming stuffed animal, creating a magical moment that touched our hearts. This thoughtful gesture perfectly encapsulated the extraordinary level of care and attention to detail that defines Fleur de Loire. The culinary experience was nothing short of exceptional.
