"Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return."

"A bit of an older property and rooms (signs of wear and tear on furniture, equipment) but clean and functional. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location - very walkable to Marina, old town and new town (bus/train station, main squares). "

"Check in was a bit difficult as it was on Sunday, no one there and needed a code that wasn’t working. But the nice guy at the snack bar got it figured out for me and I was able to sit by the pool while waiting. The views from the sea view rooms are unbelievable and the pool is fantastic! I highly recommend the stay, just make sure to get checkin instructions. Beautiful place! "

"The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Every employee on site would make eye contact and greet you every time they saw you, in a very genuine way. We just felt very welcomed and cared for. The easy walk to the beautiful beach, with Sun loungers and umbrellas assigned by room, so you never had to search for a chair - amazing!!"

"Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"
