"Very very basic hotel. I would say it's more 3 or 3.5 star not 4 star. Room was nice but small and had basic amenities. A/C on the first night took a while to cool. Pool and roof top very nice but if you are by the pool it's so difficult to order as the staff pay no attention to that area. The reception staff gave me hardly any info when I checked in, I had to ask questions that he should have provided straight away. Food at the rooftop restaurant was just ok. "It’s a budget hotel, so you must expect basic room, and I was happy with everything about it. It was close to the bus, the train, the supermarket, and the beach. Staff friendly and hard working. I would stay again!"

"Amazing location right on the beach. The public transportation is easy access to take trains to Cannes, or Nice & Monaco. Everything is walkable or rent an E-Bike. I wish I had planned to stay more days there. The only thing that's beyond the control of the owners is the public trash truck comes in at 6am to wake you up just outside the window with a large crane. However, waking up that early allowed me to enjoy the sunrise:-)"

"My wife and I stayed the entire month of July 2024. I wanted a masonry house with a true French feel, this house fit it perfectly. It sits high on a hill overlooking the small village of Villeneuve-Loubet which you can walk down almost midieval streets/walkways to. It has stunning views of the mountains. The location grew on me day after day. Close to the nice airport but no airport noise. Close to Nice and Antibes, A8, 5 miles to St Paul de Vence. There is a fantastic major town hall type...

"I stayed there with my two sons. They loved the location. Only problem was travelling to the city center on daily basis. Apart from that the property was in fantastic location, beach was nearby, there were plenty restaurants around. The apartment was clean, in general we enjoyed our stay."
