"We had a lovely stay in the tiny village of Orsans. I stayed with 11 friends (mainly couples) in July and we couldn't have enjoyed it more. The village is a short car journey to Carcassonne, which we visited for an afternoon though the heat cut out trip short. "Pay for premium hotel prices, however you dont get premium hotel price service. Bring your own laundry, cleaning supplies and linens. Its like staying in a very expensive hostel. Staff are friendly, but the price isn't worth the room. And you hope the people that stayed before you clean it to an industry standard. Room lacked comfortable seating, something you should expect when staying for a week(?)."

Jean Pierre and Basanti were the most welcoming and attentive of hosts.
