"If our room in this hotel is typical then they are in urgent need of attention. The bed was as hard as rock, half the motorised window blinds did not work (one was also ripped and another had hanging cables where the motor had been removed), the outer light-proof shutters were held open by wooden wedges. I think it’s important to note that the only access to the room with the bubble are spiral stairs, not horrible but not also the best.
